>Nella, Thank you for getting together with us for this interview. First things first, what’s your story? Why did you decide to become a bard?
~Thank you for inviting me. Ever since I was young, I loved music. The sounds and the feelings that emanated from the person playing the music. There was always a story that accompanied every song. I wanted to be able to tell a story through my music.

>And what story would that be?
~The story of perseverance. Of hardships that, would have sent a person into a spiraling depression and yet, were overcome. My story.

>*Notices flute* So I noticed you have a flute. Is that your favorite instrument?
~Well, it’s my most treasured one. My mentor gave it to me. He was highly skilled with the flute. Ever since I saw him in concert I always aspired to be as good as he was.

>He? So this mentor was a male? raises eyebrows suggestively
~Well…yes…slight blush

>How did you become a mentee under this person?
~There was a little shin-dig going on in my hometown that I happened to be performing at and my mentor happened to be there as well. He listened to me play this dingy little recorder and ended up taking me under his wing. He taught me melody, harmony, and every little thing in between. holds flute He taught me so much. I feel like he is still around when I play this flute.

>Why did you and your mentor separate?
~There was a troupe that had scouted me. I was hesitant to go at first, but he told me that the only way I’d be able to learn even more would be to travel and experience life. Last time I saw him was, maybe about, 3-4 years ago.

>And you were in a band right? What was your bands name again? Why did you leave?
~Yes, I was in a band called The Celestials. The members were Interstellar who we called Stella, Andromeda who is called Andie, Constellation or Connie, and Nebula was me. We were a strong group, but there was only so much I could learn from them. They were wonderful girls, don’t get me wrong, but I just felt like there was so much more out there. So, after talking with them, I decided to leave.

>Is there any hope of a comeback with the four of you together?
~As of now, I don’t think so, but you never know what can happen.

>So since you left, what do you plan on doing? Going solo? Maybe a life of adventuring? What are you goals?
~I am going wherever my heart takes me. I would love to travel all around the world listening to the different sounds of life. Maybe I’ll start collecting instruments along the way.

>Well, thanks for your time, Nella! We hope to hear from you again soon and we wish you all the luck on your travels and instrument collecting. 5fb3af84cda9bb5106fd67a5632a460c.jpg
